City of Everett Public Works 5 <br />3200 Cedar Street 6 <br />Everett, WA 98201 7 <br />Contact: 8 <br />Steve Sawyer (425) 328-0643 9 <br /> 10 <br /> 11 <br />1-10.4.GR1 12 <br />Measurement 13 <br /> 14 <br />1-10.4(2).RTF 15 <br />1-10.4(2) Item Bids With Lump Sum for Incidentals 16 <br />(November 25, 2024, APWA GSP) 17 <br /> 18 <br />Section 1-10.4(2) is supplemented with the following: 19 <br /> 20 <br />“Uniformed Police Officer” will be measured by the hour. Hours will be measured for each 21 <br />fully equipped Uniformed Police Officer, including vehicle, if required, directing or 22 <br />monitoring traffic, as shown on an approved Traffic Control Plan in accordance with 23 <br />Section 1-10.3(1)B of these Special provisions. 24 <br /> 25 <br />1-10.4(2).INST1.GR1 26 <br />Section 1-10.4(2) is supplemented with the following: 27 <br /> 28 <br />1-10.4(2).OPT6.GR1 29 <br />(May 20, 2020) 30 <br />"Contractor Provided Uniformed Police Officer" will be measured by the hour. 31 <br /> 32 <br />1-10.5(2).GR1 33 <br />Item Bids with Lump Sum for Incidentals 34 <br /> 35 <br />1-10.5(2).INST1.GR1 36 <br />Section 1-10.5(2) is supplemented with the following: 37 <br /> 38 <br />1-10.5(2).OptionB.RTF 39 <br />1-10.5(2) Item Bids with Lump Sum for Incidentals 40 <br />(November 25, 2024, APWA GSP, Option B) 41 <br /> 42 <br />Section 1-10.5(2) is supplemented with the following: 43 <br /> 44 <br />“Uniformed Police Officer”, per hour 45 <br /> 46 <br />The unit contract price for “Uniformed Police Officer”, when applied to the number of 47 <br />units measured for this item in accordance with Section 1-10.4(2), shall be full 48 <br />compensation for all costs incurred by the Contractor in performing the Contract Work 49 <br />defined in Section 1-10.3(1)B of these Special Provisions, including all costs for 50 <br />arrangement for and supervision of uniformed law enforcement personnel and vehicles 51 <br />to participate in the Contractor’s traffic control activities. 52
