If damage is discovered, a <br />detailed scope of work, and customer authorization is required before repairs are <br />made. <br />•Modify holes from existing #90E000ZR scene lights to accommodate new #904SLC <br />EZ scene lights prior to repainting. <br />•Modify holes from existing #50C000ZR scene lights to accommodate new #M62SLC <br />EZ scene lights prior to repainting. <br />•Modify hole from existing hole for Voyager back up camera to accommodate for new <br />Zorg back up camera. <br />•Modify hole from existing shoreline connection to accommodate a new shoreline <br />connection with a new stainless steel plate and new indicator light. <br />•Transfer and mark locations of existing antennas prior to repainting. <br />•Modify holes from contact door switches on curbside passage door before repainting. <br />3.01 MODULE FINISH PREPARATION <br />Sand module smooth to remove imperfections on aluminum. Mechanically etch the entire <br />exterior and wash with wax and grease remover to ensure proper primer and paint adhesion. <br />3.02 MODULE PRIMER <br />Seal module with two-component, low VOC, direct-to-metal epoxy primer/sealant prior to <br />applying the finish coat of acrylic urethane paint. <br />3.03 PAINT TYPE <br />Sherwin Williams acrylic urethane. <br />3.04 COLOR SCHEME <br />Base color: painted to match Race Red (G4-100871777) <br />Reference build #3162-3: <br />Stripe #1 Color: 3M Ruby Red #680-CR-82 and Yellow #680-CR-71 <br />Size: 6″H <br />Style: Chevrons <br />Material: Scotchlite <br />Location: Rear of module, below drip rail, stopping short of the <br />outboard corner radius, above and outboard of rear <br />passage doors.
