Previous build #2205-3 <br />BraunNW (jg/jw) 16 of 34 Everett Fire Dept. <br />5-5-25 Original build #/2205-3 Remount Specification <br /> . <br />3.05 LETTERING/DECALS <br />Reference build #3162-3: <br />Item #1 Lettering: Number or letters for all compartments and cabinets with <br />exception of Knox Med vault, Cool Cabinet, Action Area, <br />and both Squad benches <br />Electrical cabinet shall state ″ELECTRICAL 13″. <br />The numbers shall correlate with the numbering of the <br />compartment and cabinet. <br />Drawers shall be lettered A thru H, left to right <br />Font: Arial Black <br />Color: Black <br />Size: 1″H <br />Material: Vinyl <br />Location: Lower right corner of doors/drawers <br />3.06X COMPARTMENT FINISH <br />Transfer and clean existing compartment interior from the gasket inward. <br />Sand, etch, wash, prime, and coat Compartment #1 with polyurea thermoplastic elastomer <br />finish painted white with gray splatter paint (G2-33631 Alt 2 / GLV-51748). <br />3.07X INTERIOR CABINETRY FINISH <br />Transfer and clean existing interior cabinets, headliner, and upper wall coverings. <br />Repaint curbside passage door frame after modification. <br />3.08X MODULE UPHOLSTERY <br />Transfer all existing upholstered pads with existing covering. <br />Install a new upholstered Dove Gray vinyl pad on existing oxygen door. <br />Install a new upholstered Dove Gray vinyl pad above curbside passage door. <br />3.09T MODULE FLOORING MATERIAL <br />Transfer existing module sub-floor and flooring. <br />3.10X COMPARTMENT LINING <br />Remove and discard all existing lining. <br />Install new Gray Matéflex in all compartments. <br />Install new easy sweep mat lining on all compartment shelves. <br />3.11A CABINET LINING <br />Install new easy sweep mat lining in all cabinets. <br />3.14A PLACARD HOLDERS <br />Remove and discard existing placard holders. <br />Install five new 7.375″H x 16″W side-load stainless steel placard holders with left dimples <br />and slide-in red acrylic placards in the following: . <br />–One on the streetside of the module, forward upper <br />–One on the rear of the module, curbside upper <br />–One on the curbside of the module, forward upper <br />–One on the front of the module, streetside upper <br />–One on the rear curbside passage door skin, upper.
