Previous build #2205-3 <br />BraunNW (jg/jw) 17 of 34 Everett Fire Dept. <br />5-5-25 Original build #/2205-3 Remount Specification <br /> <br /> . <br />4 MODULE EXTERIOR <br />•Modify holes from existing #90E000ZR scene lights to accommodate new #904SLC <br />EZ scene lights prior to repainting. <br />•Modify holes from existing #50C000ZR scene lights to accommodate new #M62SLC <br />EZ scene lights prior to repainting. <br />•Modify hole from existing hole for Voyager back up camera to accommodate for new <br />Zorg back up camera. <br />•Modify hole from existing shoreline connection to accommodate a new shoreline <br />connection with a new stainless steel plate and new indicator light. <br />•Transfer and mark locations of existing antennas prior to repainting. <br />•Modify holes from contact door switches on curbside passage door before repainting. <br />4.01A STEP/BUMPER <br />Remove and discard existing step bumper. <br />Install a new 7″ step bumper with a star-punched surface and tapered ends. <br />4.02A RUB RAILS <br />Remove and discard existing rub rails. <br />Install new bright finished anodized aluminum rub rails 2.5″H x 0.75″D custom extruded <br />design along the lower streetside and curbside edges of module. <br />Install new 0.5″H Red/White conspicuity reflective tape in the center insert area. <br />4.03A FENDER RINGS <br />Remove and discard existing fender rings. <br />Install new polished aluminum fender rings with rounded outer edge. <br />4.04A DRIP RAILS <br />Remove and discard existing drip rails. <br />Install new full length drip rails on all sides of module, above all compartment and above <br />passage doors. <br />4.05A ROCK GUARDS <br />Remove and discard existing rock guards. <br />Install new aluminum diamond plate rock guards on the front of module corners. <br />. <br />4.06A REAR KICK PANEL <br />Remove and discard existing rear kick panel <br />Install a new aluminum diamond plate rear kick panel on the rear of module. <br />4.07B FUEL FILL <br />Remove and discard existing fuel fill. <br />Install a new Cast Products fuel fill aft of wheel well. <br />4.08T MODULE WINDOWS <br />Transfer existing windows. <br />4.09A FUEL SPLASH GUARD <br />Remove and discard existing fuel splash guard. <br />Install a stainless steel splashguard below the fuel fill.
