March 5, 2014 <br /> RESOLUTION — TAYLOR DEVELOPMENT TOWNHOUSE PROJECT <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to adopt Resolution No. 6712 approving the Shoreline Permit, <br /> Binding Site Plan and Multifamily Modification for the proposed <br /> Taylor Development townhouse project located on 19th Avenue SE at <br /> the north end of Silver Lake. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Council President Moore opened a public hearing regarding Council Bill <br /> No. 1402-08, a proposed ordinance amending the text of the <br /> Comprehensive Plan related to the Mukilteo School District, amending <br /> Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2021-94, as amended. <br /> Bob Larson, Planning, stated he was available to answer any questions <br /> related to agenda items 11-13. <br /> Council President Moore invited public comment. There were no citizens <br /> who wished to speak. <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 53 <br />
