March 5, 2014 <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1402-08 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the text of the Comprehensive Plan <br /> related to the Mukilteo School District, amending Section 1 of <br /> Ordinance No. 2021-94, as amended <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council <br /> Bill No. 1402-08 and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the final <br /> disposition of the ordinance. <br /> AYES: Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Gipson, Bader, Anderson <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: Stonecipher <br /> Ordinance No. 3370-14 adopted. <br /> Council President Moore opened a public hearing regarding Council Bill <br /> No. 1402-09, a proposed ordinance amending the Comprehensive Plan <br /> and rezoning a property located at the northwest corner of Jackson Park <br /> for use as a community garden, amending Ordinance No. 2021-94 and <br /> 1671-89, as amended. <br /> Council President Moore invited public comment. There were no citizens <br /> who wished to speak. <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson, seconded by Council Member <br /> Anderson, to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 54 <br />
