" <br /> Section 4: That Section 7 of said ordinance No. 159 g, be, <br /> and hereby is amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 7: No hawker, peddler or canvasser shall ring <br /> any bell, blow any horn or use any noisy instrument, or cause <br /> any such thing to be done for the purpose of making any sales or <br /> attracting notice, nor shall any person obtain or attempt to ob- <br /> tain entrance into any dwelling house or apartment within the <br /> city of Everett without first making known his business, if re- <br /> quested Bo to do by the occupant thereof, stating what article or <br /> articles he is selling or soliciting for, and the nature of his <br /> business.
