<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, we are proud to recognize Team 2910 “Jack in the Bot” from Henry M. <br />Jackson High School for their extraordinary achievement in winning the 2025 FIRST <br />Robotics World Championship, held in Houston, Texas; <br /> <br />And; This global competition brought together 600 of the top high school robotics <br />teams from 30 countries—and “Jack in the Bot” rose to the top; <br /> <br />And; Out of 3,500 teams across the world, only 600 advanced to the world <br />championship and just four were ultimately crowned champions—placing “Jack in the <br />Bot” among the very best in the world; <br /> <br />And; “Jack in the Bot” also received the Innovation in Control Award, recognizing their <br />creative use of control systems and engineering excellence, which reflects the <br />outstanding technical talent and problem-solving abilities of our students; <br /> <br />And; this achievement would not be possible without the contributions of dedicated <br />mentors, committed school staff, generous sponsors, and the unwavering <br />encouragement of families, friends, and the entire Everett community; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED I, Cassie Franklin, Mayor of the City of <br />Everett, do hereby celebrate the Henry M. Jackson High School Robotics Class for <br />their victory and recognize the vision, collaboration and perseverance, being a leading <br />example of what you can achieve, showing all things are possible with collaboration and <br />determination. <br />“Henry M.
