Please dimension framing/floor plan, especially roof overhang, fireplace bump, and deck <br />joist cantilever distance. <br />2. It looks like there is a concrete pad at side entrance porch. Please confirm. If there is no <br />concrete pad, please take out the solid line. It is confusing. Sheet S1 foundation plan. <br />3. In general note, it mentioned that provide double joist under all interior walls that run <br />parallel to joist orientation. Please show or note in the framing plan accordingly. <br />4. Exterior stairs are not shown in the framing or floor plan. Please provide drawing <br />accordingly. <br />5. Please provide lower -level room names. Bedroom? Living room? And provide egress window <br />if needed. <br />6. Door and window #10 at split entrance is confusing. In the elevation, it looks like one unit, <br />glass door and window (1 header). In the framing plan, it looks like a door and a window <br />with post/studs in between (2 headers). Please clarify which is the design intent? <br />7. I didn't see electrical panel in the floor plan. Please provide location and clearance. <br />Architectural (Reviewer: Yin Lu) <br />1. Please provide at least two building sections per City of Everett Residential Submittal <br />Checklist I. Structural Plan Requirement. <br />2. Per IRC 302.5.1, door between garage and residence should meet specific requirement, <br />including but not limited to self -closing (please spell out "S.C." ), please add note <br />accordingly. <br />3. Per IRC Table 302.6, 1/2" GWB shall be installed on the garage side wall. Please note <br />accordingly. <br />4. Per IRC Table 302.7, 1/2" GWB shall be installed on the underside of stair if the space will be <br />an enclosed space. Please note accordingly. <br />5. Per IRC 308.4 hazardous locations, please note "safety glazing" accordingly. It could be <br />noted in the schedule, on the floor plan, or elevation. <br />6. Per IRC 309.1, The area of floor used for parking of automobiles or other vehicles shall be <br />sloped to facilitate the movement of liquids to a drain or toward the main vehicle entry <br />doorway.
