• Remove and replace all roofing and all damaged roof sheathing. It is permissible to <br />use 7/16" OSB to replace any damaged roof sheathing. Nail new sheathing to <br />existing rafters with 8d @ 6" on center at any plywood panel edges and 12" on center <br />in the field. <br />• The existing ceiling material in the garage should be removed and replaced with/2 <br />sheetrock with sheetrock screws at 7" on center throughout to all the existing ceiling <br />joists. <br />• The original woodshed may be replaced in kind pending City of Everett approval. <br />• The entire garage structure needs to be repainted externally. <br />• If structural conditions are found in the field that differ from the information stated <br />above, please contact McCann Structural Solutions for guidance before proceeding <br />with any repairs <br />McCann Structural Solutions makes no stated or implied warranties or claims beyond what is <br />contained in this document.
