Once uploaded,you must send an email with your completed <br /> Transmittal Sheet (PDF)to PermitServices@everettwa.gov to ensure proper routing through the system, as <br /> the online permitting portal does not notify staff when documents are uploaded. Failure to do so will <br /> unintentionally delay your permit review. <br /> Required Resubmittal Items—Outlined below with required naming convention: <br /> a. 2ndReview_ResponseLetter_MM.DD.YYYY- Itemized letter addressing the comments provided <br /> below in this correction letter. <br /> b. 2ndReview_BuildingPlans_MM.DD.YYYY-Complete set of revised construction drawings. <br /> c. 2ndReview_StructuralCalculations_MM.DD.YYYY-Complete set of supplemental structural <br /> calculations. <br /> d. 2ndReview—HazardousMaterialsReport_MM.DD.YYYY—Revised/new hazardous materials report. <br /> Note:Additional documents may be required by other review disciplines. Submit one resubmittal <br /> package after all applicable review disciplines have issued their separate comment letters or have <br /> approved their scope. See Step 3: Permit Review for important information about this stage of the <br /> permitting process and to follow along with reviewer statuses. <br /> General Comments (Reviewer: Benjamin Monk): <br /> The applicable codes used in this review include but are not limited to: Everett Municipal Code(EMC), 2021 <br /> International Residential Code (IRC), 2021 International Building Code(IBC), 2021 International Existing <br /> Building Code (IEBC), 2021 Washington State Residential Energy Code(WSEC-Residential), 2021 Washington <br /> State Commercial Energy Code(WSEC-Commercial), Washington Accessibility Code 2017. For a full list of <br /> applicable codes adopted by the City of Everett, please see the Construction Codes (PDF). <br /> 1. Please provide architectural sheets which include a site plan,floor plans,fire-protection systems, <br /> means of egress, occupancy per Chapter 3, building construction type per Chapter 6, etc. as needed. <br /> See IBC Section 107.2.1 through 107.2.9. <br /> 2. It appears that selective demolition will take place.
