STEP 3. COMPLETE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS #1-5 <br />The following subsections address MR #1-5. The more information provided in these subsections typically <br />corresponds to faster review and permit issuance times. Submitted checklists that lack the necessary <br />information for review are considered incomplete and will be returned unprocessed to the applicant. <br />MR #1: Preparation of Stormwater Site Plan <br />The purpose of MR #1 is to convey all relevant information about the proposed project to the City for review <br />to ensure the project is in compliance with the current City and State stormwater management standards. <br />This is your opportunity to inform the reviewer about the project fundamentals as well as highlight the <br />significant and insignificant aspects of the project with regards to stormwater management. <br />Task 1: Describe existing site conditions <br />Provide description of existing site conditions: <br />Before and after site plan is included w/drainage plans. All topography is accurate from <br />site survey done 12/21/21. Existing is SFR w/grass yard and impervious driveway, etc. <br />Existing drainage is managed w/ d/s to splashblock to sheet flow. <br />Describe existing structures (location, type): <br />House and detached garage - To be removed for new house construction project. <br />Describe slopes on your site (flat, rolling, steep, %): <br />Flat. 3' elevation difference high to low. <br />Describe hard surfaces (roof, ground treatment): <br />Asphalt, rocks, roof, concrete driveway & walkways as per plan. <br />Describe vegetative surfaces (location, quanity ft2): <br />Vegetation consists of grass, small garden area with berries, 3 major trees, couple small <br />trees, large rhododendrons, & misc. vegetation total surface 5,833 square feet. <br />City of Everett Public Works <br />Small Project Stormwater Site Plan Report -Dec 2019 4 <br />
