I agree with you that if no change of use nor occupant load that no additional plumbing <br />fixtures need to be provided. However, this drawing set should indicate the existing <br />permitted occupant load, and existing use of the space (especially for those two demo'd <br />room on 2"d floor) accordingly. Please indicate all existing information on cover sheet. <br />This review has been performed for general compliance with the building codes as adopted and <br />amended by the state of Washington and the city of Everett. Corrections and comments made <br />during the review process do not relieve the project from compliance with code and permit <br />requirements.
