The comments below <br />must be addressed before a permit can be issued. These comments address building issues only. <br />Additional comments may be issued by the Public Works, Planning, and Fire departments. <br />Code citations provided in the following review comments reference the Everett Municipal Code <br />(EMC), the 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2018 International Building Code (IBC), and <br />the 2018 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC). Additional reference standards are listed in IBC <br />Chapter 35. Amendments to the adopted building codes by Washington Administrative Code (WAC) <br />Title 51 are incorporated into the referenced code citations. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following documentation, hardcopy <br />only, shall be submitted to Permit Services for review: <br />a. Itemized letter addressing the comments provided below. <br />b. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings, cloud all updated parts. <br />c. Two copies of supplemental structural calculations (only if required by reviewer). <br />Submittal documents should contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project <br />for compliance with the adopted building codes.
