Public Use and Interest-The proposed project and design shall promote the public use and interest in <br /> accordance with the standards established by the state, city, and chapters 19.24-19.27 and this title. <br /> Finding:The proposed two lot short subdivision will increase the number of allowable single-family <br /> dwelling units on the subject property by one unit.The proposed two lot short plat should promote the <br /> public use and interest. <br /> 2. Public Health,Safety,and General Welfare.The proposed project and design shall promote the public <br /> health,safety and general welfare in accordance with the standards established by the state,city, and <br /> chapters 19.24-19.27 and this title. <br /> Finding:The proposed single-family dwelling will be required to meet current building, zoning,and site <br /> development codes for short subdivisions.The public health,safety,and general welfare are addressed In <br /> the findings,conclusions,and conditions of approval stated in this report and are consistent with the <br /> requirements of RCW 58.17.110. <br /> 3.
