Install required street trees prior to final approval.A landscape plan must be submitted to Planning for <br /> approval prior to planting. <br /> 5. The following notes must be placed on the Final Short Subdivision Map: <br /> CONDITIONS OF SHORT SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: <br /> New power lines, telephone wires, television cables,fire alarm systems, and other communication <br /> wires, cables or lines shall be placed in an underground location. <br /> V. INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPER: <br /> ENGINEERING/PERMIT SERVICES COMMENTS <br /> 1. Construction permits, inspections and final approvals are required for this project from City of Everett <br /> Permit Services. <br /> 2. The construction plans must be designed from a site survey performed by a licensed State of Washington <br /> land surveyor. <br /> 3. Temporary erosion and sedimentation control (TESC) measures for construction activity must be <br /> operational prior to commencement of any clearing or earthwork.An approved permit and SWPPP for this <br /> work are required prior to set-up of TESC measures on-site.All BMPs must comply with City of Everett Design <br /> and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development. <br /> 4. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of construction. If reseeding is not <br /> practical due to weather or seasonal restraints,the ground must be covered with mulch as directed by the City <br /> Engineer. <br /> 5. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust suppression and <br /> street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 6. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. <br /> 7. Stormwater shall be managed in accordance with City of Everett Stormwater Management Standards <br /> current at the time the public works/building permit application package is submitted to the City for review. <br /> • This project is in the separated storm/sewer area.Currently,the Stormwater code for this area is the <br /> Dept.of Ecology's 2019 Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington (2019 SWMMWW)with <br /> Chapter 4 of the City's Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development manual. <br /> • Chapter 4 of the City's Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development manual <br /> contains the City's stormwater Standards. <br /> • An easement from the property to the south will be required with the current location of the proposed <br /> storm drain. Refer to requirements in DCSS 4-2.2(2). <br /> 8. Stormwater system development fees in accordance with Ordinance 3632-18(codified as EMC 14.08.135) <br /> and subsequent revision are applicable.These fees are based on square footage of proposed new plus <br /> Page 6 of 8 <br />
