Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan <br /> 5.0 Pollution Prevention Team <br /> 5.1 Roles and Responsibilities <br /> The pollution prevention team consists of personnel responsible for implementation of the <br /> SWPPP, including the following: <br /> ■ Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead(CESCL) —primary contractor <br /> contact, responsible for site inspections (BMPs, visual monitoring, sampling, <br /> etc.); to be called upon in case of failure of any ESC measures. <br /> ■ Resident Engineer—For projects with engineered structures only(sediment <br /> ponds/traps, sand filters, etc.): site representative for the owner that is the <br /> project's supervising engineer responsible for inspections and issuing <br /> instructions and drawings to the contractor's site supervisor or representative <br /> ■ Emergency Ecology Contact—individual to be contacted at Ecology in case <br /> of emergency.
