Appeals must be filed within 30 days of the date of receipt of this letter. Any <br /> appeal is limited to the general permit's applicability or non-applicability to a specific <br /> discharger. The appeal process is governed by chapter 43.21B RCW and chapter 371-08 WAC. <br /> "Date of receipt" is defined in RCW 43.21B.001(2). For more information regarding your right to <br /> appeal, please reference Ecology's Focus Sheet:Appeal of General Permit Coverage3. <br /> Annual Permit Fees <br /> RCW 90.48.465 requires Ecology to recover the costs of managing the permit program. Permit <br /> fees are invoiced annually until the permit is terminated. Termination conditions are described <br /> in the permit.
