The project appears to include prefabricated roof trusses.The drawings should include a note specifying <br /> the following: <br /> a) The truss construction drawings and calculations should bear the seal and signature of the <br /> professional engineer, licensed in the state of Washington, performing the design. <br /> b) The truss design should be reviewed for conformance with the approved construction drawings and <br /> referenced building codes, and approved for construction by the designer-of-record for the <br /> approved drawings, prior to fabrication and erection. <br /> This review has been performed for general compliance with the building codes as adopted and amended by <br /> the state of Washington and the city of Everett. Corrections and comments made during the review process <br /> do not relieve the project from compliance with code and permit requirements.
