May 21, 2025 <br />2 <br /> <br />The Council received four (4) written comments and the following members of the public spoke: <br />Erin Webber and Eric Gaines. <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCIL <br /> <br />Council Member Zarlingo congratulated the Henry M. Jackson High School robotics team and <br />provided an update on the subcommittee for corner stores under Everett 2044. <br /> <br />Council Member Fosse congratulated the Henry M. Jackson High School robotics team and the <br />Everett Fire Department and also reminded the public that the Marshall Islands Constitution Day <br />Celebration is May 23rd at 1 p.m. at Jackson Park. <br /> <br />Council Member Rhyne praised the Fisherman’s Village Music Festival, and reminded the public <br />about Cruizin’ 2 Colby, Fresh Paint, and Sorticulture. She attended the opening day of the Everett <br />Farmer’s Market, spoke at a Civics class at Cascade High School, attended the Bike Everett event, <br />Clean Everett Day, and the Lowell Neighborhood Association meeting. She also congratulated the <br />Henry M. Jackson High School robotics team and the Everett Fire Department and thanked public <br />commenters. <br /> <br />Council Member Vogeli thanked public commenters, attended the Westmont Holly <br />Neighborhood Association meeting, and the Transportation Advisory Committee meeting. <br /> <br />President Schwab toured the new SNOCOM 911 dispatch center, thanked the public <br />commenters, Yorik Stevens-Wajda, and the planning staff on their work on the Everett 2044 <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson had no updates. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney Ramsey Ramerman had no updates. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Zarlingo, to approve the <br />following consent items:
