WPCF Electrical Upgrades Scope of Services <br /> <br /> <br />2 of 5 <br /> <br /> All Project Deliverables will be in portable document format (PDF), with the addition <br />of the electronic CAD files as a separate deliverable upon project close out. <br /> All Project meetings (updates, workshops, etc.) are to be held virtually via MS Teams. <br />Task 1-2 Project Kickoff <br />Objective Facilitate a discussion with the project stakeholders to introduce the project objectives, <br />scope of services, schedule and budget for the project to City stakeholders. <br />Activities Activities for this task include: <br /> Facilitate a 1-hour meeting with the project stakeholder team (BC and City staff) to <br />provide and discuss: <br /> Project overview <br /> Project approach, objectives and expectations <br /> Task stages and activities <br /> Desired engagement and involvement for all parties <br /> Information request <br />Deliverables Deliverables for this task include the following: <br /> Meeting agenda, presentation materials, and meeting minutes for the kick-off <br />meeting. <br />Task 1-3 Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) <br />Objective To provide quality assurance and control for the design efforts of this project. This will be <br />facilitated through the Project Management phase, but be specific to design deliverables <br />through the life of the project. <br />Activities Activities for this task include: <br /> Perform QAQC reviews with each design milestone (30%, 75%, and final design) <br />Deliverables Internal deliverables for this task are the QC tracking logs and/or directly commented file <br />copies of the design milestone packages. These logs/files may be made available to the <br />City at their request, otherwise they will be archived with the project files. <br />Phase 2 Detailed Design <br />The tasks that comprise Phase 2 are provided below. <br />Task 2-1 Condition Assessment <br />Objective Document existing conditions at WPCF. <br />Activities Activities for this task include: <br /> Visual inspection of existing electrical equipment including motor control centers <br />(MCCs), switchboards, transformers (shell only), and conductors from transformer <br />secondary to service entrance protective devices. <br /> Documentation of equipment age, condition, and maintenance history. <br /> Coordination with SNOPUD regarding medium voltage feeds and plant transference <br />equipment (Time Allowance).
