Agency Meetings and Permit Facilitation <br />Prior to permit submittals, Consultant will arrange a meeting, preferably on-site, with <br />applicable City, State, Tribes, and Federal resource and regulatory agency staff to <br />assure that they have a solid understanding of the existing and proposed conditions for <br />the project prior to receiving the JARPA package. After permits are submitted, the <br />Consultant will coordinate with City staff to respond to comments, provide additional <br />clarification, and assist with shepherding the permits through the process efficiently. <br /> <br />TASK 8.1 DELIVERABLES: <br />• Meeting agenda and minutes (draft and final) for all consultations. <br />
