May 28, 2025 <br />2 <br /> <br />Council Member Vogeli thanked Deb Williams for her service, and Jennifer Gregerson for the <br />administrative update, provided appreciation for commenters on the Comprehensive Plan, and <br />stated she will leave at 2:30 p.m. for another meeting. <br /> <br />President Schwab attended Cruizin’ 2 Colby, thanked Scott Pattison and volunteers for the event, <br />and Deb Williams for her service. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson provided updates on the Everett Community <br />College Early Learning Center, historic overlays, reminded the public the Everett Municipal <br />Building will be closed June 2 – June 15th, and reminded the public that all permitting projects are <br />reviewed by different departments to ensure requirements are being met. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney Ramsey Ramerman thanked Deb Williams for her service and requested a 20- <br />minute executive session under RCW 42.30.110(1)(a) for property acquisition and RCW <br />42.30.110(1)(i) for legal matters. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Rhyne, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8171 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$8,016,293.29 for the period ending May 10, 2025 through May 16, 2025. <br /> <br />APPROVAL – COMMUTE TRIP REDUCTION PLAN <br /> <br />To approve the 2025-2029 Commute Trip Reduction (CTR) Plan. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDMENT – WALL STREET CONNECTOR PROJECT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 of the System Access Fund Project <br />Agreement related to the Wall Street Connector Project with Central Puget Sound Regional <br />Transit Authority (Sound Transit).
