During daylight hours with clear visibility, workers shall wear a high-visibility 7 <br />ANSI/ISEA 107 Type R Class 2 or 3 garment with background material that 8 <br />are fluorescent yellow-green, fluorescent orange-red, or fluorescent red in 9 <br />color; and a high visibility hardhat that is white, yellow, yellow-green, 10 <br />orange, or red in color; and 11 <br /> 12 <br />2. When apprenticeship is a requirement of the contract, include in PWIA all 48 <br />apprentices. 49 <br /> 50
