2025 FEDERAL OVERLAY, W MUKILTEO BLVD – GLENWOOD AVE TO DOGWOOD DR <br /> PAGE SP27 OF SP123 SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br />WORK ORDER #3842 April 15, 2025 FEDERAL AID# NHPP-2776(011) <br />1-07.8(1).OPT1.2026.GR1 1 <br />(November 4, 2024) 2 <br />All personnel performing the Work described in Section 1-10 (including traffic control 3 <br />supervisors, flaggers, and others performing traffic control labor of any kind) shall 4 <br />comply with the following: 5 <br /> 6 <br />1. During daylight hours with clear visibility, workers shall wear a high-visibility 7 <br />ANSI/ISEA 107 Type R Class 2 or 3 garment with background material that 8 <br />are fluorescent yellow-green, fluorescent orange-red, or fluorescent red in 9 <br />color; and a high visibility hardhat that is white, yellow, yellow-green, 10 <br />orange, or red in color; and 11 <br /> 12 <br />2. During hours of darkness (½ hour before sunset to ½ hour after sunrise) or 13 <br />other low-visibility conditions (snow, fog, etc.), workers shall wear a high-14 <br />visibility ANSI/ISEA 107 Type R Class 2 or 3 garment with background 15 <br />material that are fluorescent yellow-green, fluorescent orange-red, or 16 <br />fluorescent red in color; a high-visibility lower garment meeting ANSI/ISEA 17 <br />107 Class E, and a high visibility hardhat marked with at least 12 square 18 <br />inches of retroreflective material applied to provide 360 degrees of visibility. 19 <br /> 20 <br />1-07.9.GR1 21 <br />Wages 22 <br /> 23 <br />1-07.9(1).GR1 24 <br />General 25 <br /> 26 <br />1-07.9(1).INST1.GR1 27 <br />Section 1-07.9(1) is supplemented with the following: 28 <br /> 29 <br />1-07.9(1).OPT1.GR1 30 <br />(January 6, 2025) 31 <br />The Federal wage rates incorporated in this contract have been established by the 32 <br />Secretary of Labor under United States Department of Labor General Decision No. 33 <br />WA20250001. 34 <br /> 35 <br />The State rates incorporated in this contract are applicable to all construction 36 <br />activities associated with this contract. 37 <br /> 38 <br />1-07.9(5)A.RTF 39 <br />1-07.9(5)A Required Documents 40 <br />(July 8, 2024 APWA GSP) 41 <br /> 42 <br />This section is revised to read as follows: 43 <br /> 44 <br />All Statements of Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages, Affidavits of Wages Paid and Certified 45 <br />Payrolls, including a signed Statement of Compliance for Federal-aid projects, shall be 46 <br />submitted to the Engineer and to the State L&I online Prevailing Wage Intent & Affidavit 47 <br />(PWIA) system.
