If the work involves the 6 <br />transport of pollutants, the automobile liability policy shall include MCS 90 and CA 99 48 7 <br />endorsements. 8 <br /> 9 <br />Such policy must provide the following minimum limit: 10 <br />$1,000,000 Combined single limit each accident 11 <br /> 12 <br />1-07.18(5)C Workers’ Compensation 13 <br />The Contractor shall comply with Workers’ Compensation coverage as required by the 14 <br />Industrial Insurance laws of the State of Washington. 15 <br /> 16 <br />1-07.18(5)D.RTF 17 <br />1-07.18(5)D Excess or Umbrella Liability 18 <br />(January 4, 2016 APWA GSP) 19 <br /> 20 <br />The Contractor shall provide Excess or Umbrella Liability insurance with limits of not less than 21 <br />*** One *** million each occurrence and annual aggregate. This excess or umbrella liability 22 <br />coverage shall be excess over and as least as broad in coverage as the Contractor’s 23 <br />Commercial General and Auto Liability insurance 24 <br /> 25 <br />All entities listed under 1-07.18(2) of these Special Provisions shall be named as additional 26 <br />insureds on the Contractor’s Excess or Umbrella Liability insurance policy. 27 <br /> 28 <br />This requirement may be satisfied instead through the Contractor’s primary Commercial 29 <br />General and Automobile Liability coverages, or any combination thereof that achieves the 30 <br />overall required limits of insurance. 31 <br /> 32 <br />1-07.18(5)J.RTF 33 <br />1-07.18(5)J Pollution Liability 34 <br />(January 4, 2016 APWA GSP) 35 <br /> 36 <br />The Contractor shall provide a Contractors Pollution Liability policy, providing coverage for 37 <br />claims involving bodily injury, property damage (including loss of use of tangible property 38 <br />that has not been physically injured), cleanup costs, remediation, disposal or other handling 39 <br />of pollutants, including costs and expenses incurred in the investigation, defense, or 40 <br />settlement of claims, arising out of any one or more of the following: 41 <br />1. Contractor’s operations related to this project. 42 <br />2. Remediation, abatement, repair, maintenance or other work with lead-based paint or 43 <br />materials containing asbestos. 44 <br />3. Transportation of hazardous materials away from any site related to this project. 45 <br /> 46 <br />All entities listed under 1-07.18(2) of these Special Provisions shall be named by 47 <br />endorsement as additional insureds on the Contractors Pollution Liability insurance policy. 48 <br /> 49 <br />Such Pollution Liability policy shall provide the following minimum limits: 50 <br />*** $1,000,000 *** each loss and annual aggregate 51 <br /> 52
