The Contractor has been granted a one hour early start from 6:00am 36 <br />to 7:00am for traffic control setup only. Casting adjustments shall be permitting 37 <br />from 7:00am and 9:00pm. 38 <br /> *** 39 <br /> 40 <br />If the Engineer determines the permitted closure hours adversely affect traffic, the 41 <br />Engineer may adjust the hours accordingly. The Engineer will notify the Contractor 42 <br />in writing of any change in the closure hours. Exceptions to these restrictions are 43 <br />listed below and when applicable take precedence over closures listed above.
