(WRI) performed a site reconnaissance on May 5, 2022, to locate <br />jurisdictional wetlands and streams on and in the vicinity of the aforementioned property, which <br />is associated with the proposed Harbor's Edge development. The Harbor's Edge development <br />consists of 25-unit townhomes and is located east of the investigation site. The purpose of the <br />investigation was to determine the presence of any wetlands and their associated category.
