1. Afinal transportation demand management plan is required to be submitted and approved priorto <br />building permit issuance; <br />2. A protective covenant(s) is required to be receded with the County Auditorfor all critical areas and <br />their associated buffers. Please provide the Auditor's recordingfile number(s) once recorded; <br />3. If there is a known end user, please provide a copy of the business' operational procedures to <br />prevent and handle potential spills of storage fuels, chemicals, oil and/or other substances with the <br />potential for spillage into waters. <br />Please include a response letter indicating howthe corrections were resolved. These comments address <br />planning issues only. Additional revision or additions may be required by other departments.
