Marine View Drive <br />Plan Check No: B2011-018 <br />RE: Plan Review Comments for Building Permit Application for Baywood <br />Industrial <br />Dear Mr. Schutz, <br />In response to the application for a building permit, the plans have been <br />reviewed, and you are advised that revisions and additional information may be <br />necessary before a permit can be issued. Please review and respond to the <br />comments below. <br />Please correct and/or delineate the following items on the revised plan set: <br />1. <br />Sheet AN-0 indicates the total square footage is 234,458sf, however other <br />plan sheets, e.g. LS-01, list the square footage as 265,000. Please amend all <br />references to the correct proposed square footage; <br />2. <br />On Sheet AN-0, correct the parking requirement numbers: <br />a. Warehouse uses are a ratio of 1:2,000; <br />b. 20 bicycle parking stalls are required, 10 of the 20 are required in long <br />term facilities; <br />c. 10 parking spaces are required for public access to access the shoreline <br />trail; <br />3. <br />The location of the 10 public parking spaces set aside forthe publicto <br />access the shoreline trail; <br />4. <br />The location of the 20 required bicycle parking stalls; <br />5. <br />Detail drawings of the bicycle long term facilities; <br />6. <br />On Sheet A0.1 it appears there are 267 parking stalls delineated, however <br />Sheet AN-0 states 268 are provided; <br />7. <br />Provide a detail of the required covering overthe trash enclosure on Sheet <br />Planning <br />LS-04; <br />8. <br />On Sheet A0.1, provide calculations for the base elevation; <br />Q 2930 Wetmore Ave, Ste. 8A <br />9, <br />On Sheets A3.1 —A3.3, delineate the base elevation for all elevations; <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />10. <br />On Sheets A3.1 —A3.3, delineate the location of the M-S/M-2 boarder as <br />425.257.8731 <br />applicable; <br />O 425.257.8742 fax <br />11. <br />On Sheets A3.1 —A3.3, delineate all proposed exterior illumination; and <br />12. <br />Provide detail drawings and schedule for all proposed exterior building <br />planning@everettwa.gov <br />illumination. <br />everettwa.gov <br />Please <br />provide the following information: <br />
