Please review and respond to the comments <br />below. <br />1. The submitted documents included structural calculations but it appears that the structural plans <br />were not included. Note that a preliminary set of structural plans were included at the end of the <br />submitted structural calculations. Please submit 2 full size sets of the structural plans stamped <br />and signed by the EOR. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building <br />Division with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections requested. <br />Please include a response letter which indicates how the corrections were resolved. <br />These initial comments are general in nature and based on preliminary information. Additional <br />comments will typically be generated once a complete submission is reviewed. All comments are based <br />on the 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), and/or the <br />2018 Washington State Residential Energy Code (WSEC), as amended by the State of Washington and <br />adopted by the City of Everett. <br />These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br />departments (such as Utilities, Traffic, Planning or Fire).
