Hi Gibran, The Public Works Permit Fees page is a list of all of our fee types. Permit fees are calculated during review and are itemized based on the scope of work. Public Works permit fees are due at permit issuance. For a small cell project, there may be pavement restoration, which would be the Paving fee under Site Features/Improvements. There may also be some trenching of utilities, which would be the Open Cut/Directional Bore/Trench Street of Alley section of this fee sheet. Additionally, you may have earthwork, which is what you have specified in your email below. All permits will have a plan review and inspection fee. We will base this on the itemized list rather than a specialized cost estimate, since that is more applicable to civil site development than the type of work you will be installing. Therefore, it will likely be the minimum cost listed for those two items, unless otherwise determined during plan review. The Public Works Permit application for small cell installation/pole replacement is not currently eligible to be applied for online and other permit types may need to be applied for as well, depending on the scope of work. You will need to submit the completed permit application(s) along with 4 sets of drawings and traffic control plans (if applicable) in hard copy at the permit counter. When the permit is approved, you will be notified and can then pay online or in person and can pay with cash, check (made out to City of Everett), or credit card (Visa or MasterCard only and a 2.3% convenience fee will be applied).
