<Gin.Vilante@mastec.com>; Ruhee Gautam <Ruhee.Gautam@mastec.com> <br />Subject: Public Works Application Fee (AT&T 17726-004-B, 17726-006-C, 17726-008-A) <br />Public Works: <br />I'm looking to confirm Public Works Permit Application fees. <br />This is related to New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC (dba AT&T) Small Wireless Facility initiative - attaching wireless <br />equipment to replacement street light and utility poles in right-of-way (ROW). AT&T has both the fully executed ROW <br />Agreement and Master Attachment Agreement (MAA) with the City. We know the need to apply for land use permits as <br />well. <br />Ground impact will consist of removing ex. pole & ex. foundation, to be replaced with a new foundation & new <br />pole. Traffic control will be required and we will submit Traffic Control Plans with future applications. Power and Fiber <br />will be permitted by others. <br />• 1 believe Plan Review and Cut/Fill/Grading/Earthwork fees apply. The fees schedule lists a number of fee types - <br />are there other applicable fees? <br />• For Plan Review what is need for the Engineer's Cost Estimate? Do we provide before receiving a fee quote from <br />Public Works? <br />• Total earthwork will be far less than 50 cubic yards, so I'm assuming $25 on top of the Plan Review Fee. <br />• Last, can we apply online through eTRAKiT?
