Landfill gas dual isolation valve details are required on phase II plans. Both parties shall accept demarcation. <br /> 9. All existing landfill gas facilities (vaults, meters, knockouts, etc.) are required to be relocated by the contractor as <br /> appropriate during construction in order to prevent pedestrian impacts(trip hazards), drainage issues,and to maintain the <br /> system. Drainage runoff shall not enter the vault.The vault shall not be located in the sidewalk or straddling a curb. <br /> Coordinate the final location with the City Public Works Inspectors in the field. <br /> 410. A survey is required to verify the height of the refuse pile and verify positive drainage throughout the life of the refuse pile <br /> both pre and post waste relocation. <br /> 11. Submittals are required to be reviewed and approved by the City of Everett prior to installation.This includes but is not <br /> 4' <br /> limited to all material and connection submittals(electrical, landfill gas collection system, impermeable cover system, <br /> i water,sewer,storm, bollards, &landscaping).Submittals are also required for any situation where the plan for installation <br /> is not explicitly spelled out or detailed in the plans or other permit documents.Some examples include but are not limited <br /> to the following:'sealant of the cast sections of manhole structures, process for verifying seals in manholes, boot details for <br /> penetrating PVC,connection details for all PVC to HDPE connections,seal offs for electrical vaults and handholds, <br /> performance standards and tests for connections. <br /> i 12. Survey monuments shall be installed in the road per City Standards. Coordinate with the Public Works Inspector during <br /> construction. <br /> 13.
