City of Everett Water Department crews shall make all connections to City water main at owner/contractor's expense.This <br /> work to be under a separate Utility Permit to be purchased at the Permit Services Counter per a cost estimate by the <br /> Water Department.Work shall be scheduled 3-4 weeks in advance. <br /> 15. Noise from temporary construction sites is not allowed 10:00PM—7:00AM weekdays, 6:00PM—8:00AM weekends unless <br /> a variance has been issued. Construction projects wishing a variance from the noise ordinance must submit an application <br /> at least 30 days prior to commencing work. Prior to any interruption to the public right-of-way(roadways, parking lanes, or sidewalks)a haul route will be required to <br /> be submitted to the City of Everett prior to permit issuance. Contact the Traffic Engineering Department for Street Use <br /> Permits and any required Oversize Load Permits at 425-257-8810(press Option 7 for Traffic). <br /> 17. Any direction from Department of Ecology that arises during construction shall be strictly adhered to. <br /> 18. Drawings EF10, EF15, &EF16 key note 2:Conduit seal arrangement shown does not meet NEC 501.15(B)(2). Rigid metal <br /> conduit or threaded steel intermediate metal conduit shall be used between the sealing fitting and the point at which the <br /> conduit leaves the Division 2 location, and a threaded connection shall be used at the sealing fitting. <br /> 19. As-builts of storm,sanitary sewer,water,and landfill gas systems will be required to be submitted to the PW Inspector per <br /> City Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development prior to final approval/close out of the permit. <br /> 20. On-site water main shall be staked within an easement to the City. The easement must be recorded by the project team <br /> with a copy of the recorded document submitted to the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. <br /> 21. A 1-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10%of the construction costs for all public improvements shall be submitted to <br /> the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. <br /> 22. A 2-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10%of the construction costs for all Stormwater Infrastructure shall be <br /> submitted to the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. <br /> 23. A Landscape Inspection is required by the Planning Department prior to final by the Public Works Inspector.Schedule the <br /> existing Planning Landscape inspection under"My Active Inspections" in your dashboard on the Online Permitting Portal. <br /> 24.This permit must be finaled in order to close out this permit/grant a Certificate of Occupancy. Request a final inspection <br /> online by selecting PW 24-Site Final within the Online Permitting Portal Inspection Requests when all items have been <br /> completed for this permit.
