The clarification on the depth of the trenches, and that they remain within the recently imported
material is key. The CD requirements that could potentially apply deal with worker safety if encountering refuse,
relocation of refuse, or encountering perched groundwater that is in contact with refuse. So the only potential concerns
with this would relate to dust and odor control, and stormwater management — all of which I'm sure your team is
already on top of. So no further concerns from us.
Thanks,
Jeff
Jeff Gabster, PE
FLOYD I SNIDER
601 Union Street, Suite 600 1 Seattle, WA 98101
tel: 206.292.2078 1 direct: 206.805.2151
ieff.gabster@floydsnider.com I www.floydsnider.com
A Certified 8 Corporation
From: Sabrina Fandler <SFandler@everettwa.gov>
Sent: Wednesday, October 21, 2020 2:50 PM
To: Jeff Gabster <jeff.gabster@floydsnider.com>; Megan King <Megan.King@floydsnider.com>; Corey Wilson
<Corey.
