Also, this is temporary, after we
have permanent power to the site for construction use, the conduit and concrete protective cover will all be removed
from the ground so it doesn't interfere with permanent Sitework components.
I do not believe this qualifies as something that requires CD compliance approval. All temporary installation measures
we perform on -site are required to comply with the CD but do not require review of means and methods, the burden
that we are complying is on us and the City of Everett field inspectors.
Please let me know if I am off base on what I have stated above.
Sincerely,
Bill Robinson
509.701.0121
From: Andy Farrington <Andy.Farrington(cr)Shelterholdings.com>
Sent: Wednesday, October 21, 202012:29 PM
To: Sabrina Fandler <SFandler(caeverettwa.gov>; Bill Robinson <Bill. If you have any
questions regarding the temporary electrical system and the CD Requirments Bill Robinson would be happy to facilitate
answering questions or addressing concerns.
I am bringing him into the email thread.
Thank you.
From: Sabrina Fandler <SFandler(@everettwa.gov>
Sent: Wednesday, October 21, 2020 11:50 AM
