TNTRODUCTION <br />Plaintiff, Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology), represented by <br />Christine 0. Gregoire, Attorney General, and Ken Lederman, Assistant Attorney General, <br />brings this motion seeking entry of the attached Consent Decree. This motion is based upon <br />the pleadings filed in this matter, including the Declaration of Ken Lederman. <br />H. RELIEF REQUESTED <br />Ecology requests that the Court approve and enter the attached Consent Decree that <br />requires certain remedial actions at the Everett Landfill/Tire Fire Site, a Facility where there <br />has been a release of hazardous substances.
