I am over twenty-one years of age and am competent to testify herein. The facts set <br />forth in this Declaration are from my personal knowledge. <br />2. 1 am an Assistant Attorney General assigned to represent the Washington State <br />Department of Ecology and the Attorney General's Office on legal matters relating to the site in <br />Everett, Washington referred to as the Everett Landfill/Tire Fire Site. <br />3.
