The contractor's health and safety <br />professional will monitor HASP requirements during construction activities. Onsite construction <br />oversight will be required of all development, which will include a daily inspection of worker <br />health and safety protection. If it is found that construction requirements are not being met, or if <br />unsafe conditions exist, or if deficient work or safety measures are in place, the health and <br />safety professional or inspector will have the authority to immediately stop work.
