I 4.3 Ecology Activities and Responsibilities 4.3.1 A public comment period of 60 days will take place from December 4, 2000 to February 1, 2001. Comment will be taken on the following documents: • Consent Decree • Cleanup Action Plan (Exhibit C to the Consent Decree) • Scope of Work and Schedule (Exhibit D to the Consent Decree) • Public Participation Plan (Exhibit E to the Consent Decree) • Restrictive Covenant (Exhibit F to the Consent Decree) • Compliance Monitoring and Contingency Plan (attachment to the Cleanup Action Plan) • Brownfield Feasibility Study • State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Determination of Nonsignificance and associated SEPA checklist 4.3.2 Public notice of the comment periods will be given, using the following methods: • A fact sheet describing the activity and how the public may comment. The fact sheet will be mailed to all addressees on the Ecology inailing list.
