I <br />4.3 Ecology Activities and Responsibilities <br />4.3.1 A public comment period of 60 days will take place from December 4, 2000 to <br />February 1, 2001. Comment will be taken on the following documents: <br />• Consent Decree <br />• Cleanup Action Plan (Exhibit C to the Consent Decree) <br />• Scope of Work and Schedule (Exhibit D to the Consent Decree) <br />• Public Participation Plan (Exhibit E to the Consent Decree) <br />• Restrictive Covenant (Exhibit F to the Consent Decree) <br />• Compliance Monitoring and Contingency Plan (attachment to the Cleanup Action Plan) <br />• Brownfield Feasibility Study <br />• State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Determination of Nonsignificance and associated <br />SEPA checklist <br />4.3.2 Public notice of the comment periods will be given, using the following methods: <br />• A fact sheet describing the activity and how the public may comment. The fact sheet <br />will be mailed to all addressees on the Ecology inailing list.
