This delay does not adhere to our tenant's schedule for opening business. In the
meantime, the Port's contractor plans to install temporary heating units to allow for
business operations to be conducted in the interim.
Details on this temporary system include:
• These two temporary units (Blaze 200 DG Turbo) will provide up to 350,000
BTUH (the final units will provide 310,000 BTUH)
• The temporary units weigh a combined 800 lbs., compared to the final units
weighing a total of 2,362 lbs.
• The temporary units will be secured in place to the unit curbs and connected to
the new HVAC ducting until the final units arrive next year and are installed.
If you should have any questions or comments, please let me know. Thank you.
PND Invoice May—June: September 16, 2022
