MR #1: Preparation of Stormwater Site Plan The purpose of MR #1 is to convey all relevant information about the proposed project to the City for review to ensure the project is in compliance with the current City and State stormwater management standards. This is your opportunity to inform the reviewer about the project fundamentals as well as highlight the significant and insignificant aspects of the project with regards to stormwater management. Task 1: Describe existing site conditions Provide description of existing site conditions: Existing site groundcover is predominantly gravel, grass and dirt. Site is relatively flat, with no trees, and has no existing improvements. There is an existing yard drain which appears to feed into the roadside ditch at Rosewood Ave. Describe existing structures (location, type): None Describe slopes on your site (flat, rolling, steep, %): Flat, < 5%. Back half of the site has a shallow closed depression, where an existing yard drain is located. Front half of the site is sloped toward Rosewood Ave at around 3%. Describe hard surfaces (roof, ground treatment): None, although there is significant existing gravel groundcover.
