WATERFRONT PLACE CENTRAL <br />PORT OF EVERETT — PSA 1-2015-005 <br />HYDROLOGIC AND HYDRAULIC REPORT <br />PND No. 154016 — 005.01 <br />8.2. PRE -DEVELOPED HYDROLOGY <br />The pre -developed Fisherman's Harbor Project area is approximately 11.03 acres. Pre -developed <br />conditions of the Fisherman's Harbor site consists of existing paved parking and gravel surfacing over <br />the majority of the site. <br />The majority of the existing site is graded to convey surface water to existing catch basins and which is <br />then conveyed and discharged directly into the Snohomish River basin along Central Marina bulkhead <br />segments A, B and C. The northeast corner of the project site is graded towards 131h street and surface <br />water is conveyed to North Marina Basin. Figure 1 provides a detailed overview of the existing sites <br />surface drainage. <br />Proposed development changes to the project site will render the current stormwater collection and <br />conveyance appurtenances inoperable and they shall be demolished, with the exception of the existing <br />outfalls, as stated in section 2. <br />Figure 1: Pre -Developed Basin Areas <br />8.3. DEVELOPED HYDROLOGY <br />All surface water generated within the project site will be collected, conveyed, and discharged to the <br />Central Marina Basin. The Fisherman's Harbor District property will be graded away from West Marine <br />View Drive towards the central marina. A detailed drainage sub -basin map is provided in Appendix B. <br />Surface runoff for the northern portion of the project site, sub -basins Al through A25, is to be collected <br />A0Iq <br />
