ORDINANCE NO. 1800 <br /> An ordinance providing for the opening: up and establish- <br /> ing of an extension of Norton Avenue in the city of Everett, from <br /> the northerly terminus of the trestle built by the county of <br /> "nohomish as an extension of Norton Avenue, to a point on the <br /> boundary line between the property known as the First National <br /> Bank property and that known as the Blackman Mill property, all <br /> in Section 7 of Township 29 North, of Range 5 East, W.M. as a <br /> public street and highway , over and across certain lots, blocks, <br /> tracts and parcels of land in the city of Everett; providing for <br /> the establishment and payment of just cox_pensation to be made for <br /> the land and other property rights taken or damaged thereby, and <br /> providing The manner in which the cost and expense of said open- <br /> ing and establishing shall be made; and repealing Ordinance No. <br /> 1796 of the city of Everett. <br /> t HEREAS,public necessity demands that an extension of <br /> Norton Avenue be opened up and established as a public street <br /> and highway from the northernly terminus of the trestle built by <br /> Snohomish County as 'an extension of Norton Avenue to the southerly <br /> line of the Blackman Mill property, and <br /> WHEREAS, it is determined that such opening up and <br /> establishing of said street is a public necessity and that the <br /> sage will be of special benefit to certain lots, premises and <br /> other property, <br /> NOT THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That Horton Avenue be and the same is hereby <br /> extended, opened up and established as a public street and highway <br /> from the northerly terminus of the trestle built by Snohomish <br /> County as an extension of said avenue, northerly and easterly <br /> therefrom, over and across certain lots, block9, tracts and parcels <br /> of land in said city of Everett, the said street as extended and <br /> established bein;z more particularly described as follows, to-wit: <br />
