+I • t Section 2: That the cost and expense of such improvement, including all necessary and incidental expenses, shall be borne by and assessed against the property included in the assessment district herein created in accordance with law. The city of Everett shall not be liable in any manner for any portion of the cost and expense of such improvement. Section 3: There is hereby established a local improvement district to be called "Local Improvement District No. which district shall include the following described property: All the property between the termini of said improvement abutting upon, adjacent, vicinal or proximate to such portion of Everett Avenue as above set forth for a distance back from the marginal lines thereof one hundred thirty feet, being more particularly described as follows: Lots g to 23, inclusive, block 60£ ; lots 8 to 23, inclusive, block 609; lots 8 to 23, inclusive, block 610; lots 1 to g and 25 to 32, inclusive, block 623; lots 1 to 8 and 25 to 32, inclusive, block 624; lots 1 to 8 and 25 to 32, inclusive, block 625; lots 1 to 8, and 25 to 32, inclusive, block 626; lots 1 to 8 and 25 to 32, inclusive, block 627; lots 1 to 8 and 25 to 32, inclusive, block 629; all in Plat of Everett; Lots 8 to 15 and 18 to 25, inclusive; block 611; lots 8 to 15 and 18 to 25, inclusive, block 612; lots S to 15, and 18 to 25, inclusive, block 613; lots 8 to 15, and 18 to 25, inclusive, block 614, Rucker's First plat of Everett; lots 1 to 15 and 33 to 36, inclus- ive, block 628, Re plat of Block 628, Plat of Everett". Section 4: A special fund is hereby created to be called "Local Improvement District Fund No. ", which shall consist in the aggregate of the several amounts assessed, levied and col- lected on the several lots and parcels of land in said local improvement district and the proceeds of the sale of the bonds of said district, for the purpose of defraying the cost and expense of such improvement. Out of said fund shall be paid the bonds, interest thereon, and the entire cost of such improvement.
