AutoZone is sending a Bosch B8512G Panel, B208 Expansion Module, B444-V Cell Module and a B600 Zonex Retrofit module to the store. Everon will put the system on test with the instructions above and complete the following: • Replace the existing COMBO Burg/Fire panel with the the customer supplied B8212G, B208, B444-V and B600 • Verify that there is a network wire run from the COMBO Burg/Fire panel to the AutoZone network switch. o If there is no network cable between the panel and switch, Everon will run a cat5 cable (cable provided by Everon), terminate and install in the switch port given by the AutoZone central station associate. • We will remove the telephone line from the panel. Panel will be network primary with cellular backup. • Replace both Bosch panel batteries, provided by Everon. If there is only one battery currently, upgrade to two batteries, per AutoZone's Spec. • After completion of the panel replacement, network cable, and battery, contact the AutoZone central station to confirm it is working and do a test of the entire system. o If there are any deficiencies in the system, note it in the install comments, notify the AutoZone associate and receive a PO from them to replace the deficient item. • Take pictures of the network connections, panel, cell module and new batteries. • Upon completion, contact the AutoZone Central station and check out with them. o Clean the entire work area. Promptly remove from site all tools, equipment and excess materials All labor, materials provided by Everon and workmanship is to be guaranteed for a minimum of one year. Exclusions: • All work is to be completed off of a 12 foot ladder. If it is found that a 12 foot ladder is not tall enough, a lift will need to be ordered and the site rescheduled. The lift and an additional trip charge will be done as a change order • Labor pricing has been estimated on performing all work in one phase with no delays caused by the customer. Labor pricing may vary if work is performed in additional phases or there are delays over 30 minutes caused by the customer and will be subject to a change order. • 120VAC electrical requirements shall be provided and installed by others. • Any field devices that are not compatible with the B-Series panels will need to be upgraded on a change order. • ADT Commercial will be providing and installing cabling based on common cabling requirements (not to include full conduit or any type of specialty cabling/conduit requirements other than basic cabling. If conduit is found to be needed, the site will need to be rescheduled and a change order will be provided for the necessary conduit. • Any physical guard services required for securing the facility for any reason will be the responsibility of AutoZone. • Pricing is for AutoZone stores only.
