External Scope of Work <br /> AutoZone has their own Central Station. We must call AutoZone Alarm Services: (800) 313-9693 Option 2 (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm <br /> CST)or after hours, call Central Station: (800) 313-9693 Option 1 (24/7)to put the system on test and check in, verify the system <br /> is working and check out with them. <br /> AutoZone is sending a Bosch B8512G Panel, B208 Expansion Module, B444-V Cell Module and a B600 Zonex Retrofit module <br /> to the store. <br /> Everon will put the system on test with the instructions above and complete the following: <br /> • Replace the existing COMBO Burg/Fire panel with the the customer supplied B8212G, B208, B444-V and B600 <br /> • Verify that there is a network wire run from the COMBO Burg/Fire panel to the AutoZone network switch. <br /> If there is no network cable between the panel and switch, Everon will run a cat5 cable (cable provided by Everon), <br /> terminate and install in the switch port given by the AutoZone central station associate. <br /> • We will remove the telephone line from the panel. Panel will be network primary with cellular backup. <br /> • Replace both Bosch panel batteries, provided by Everon. If there is only one battery currently, upgrade to two batteries, <br /> per AutoZone's Spec. <br /> • After completion of the panel replacement, network cable, and battery, contact the AutoZone central station to confirm it is <br /> working and do a test of the entire system. <br /> o If there are any deficiencies in the system, note it in the install comments, notify the AutoZone associate and <br /> receive a PO from them to replace the deficient item. <br /> • Take pictures of the network connections, panel, cell module and new batteries. <br /> • Upon completion, contact the AutoZone Central station and check out with them. <br /> o Clean the entire work area. Promptly remove from site all tools, equipment and excess materials <br /> All labor, materials provided by Everon and workmanship is to be guaranteed for a minimum of one year. <br /> Exclusions: <br /> • All work is to be completed off of a 12 foot ladder.
