Development actfvitfes regulated by the city’s constructfon codes, EMC Title 16, which are 1 <br />determined by the planning director to be minor or incidental in nature and consistent with the 2 <br />purpose of this chapter. 3 <br />B. Personal wireless telecommunicatfons services facilitfes that are subject to the requirements of EMC 4 <br />19.13.020 shall comply with the requirements of EMC 19.17.080 and 19.17.090 but are exempt from 5 <br />other provisions of this chapter. 6 <br />C. Minor exterior alteratfons which are incidental in nature and consistent with the purpose of this 7 <br />chapter. 8 <br />19.17.040 PREEXISTING USES. 9 <br />A. Uses and structures lawfully established as of effectfve date of the ordinance codified in this chapter 10 <br />are exempt from the requirements of EMC 19.17.070. 11 <br />B. Expansion of any use or structure identffied in EMC 19.17.070(A) shall be exempt from the provisions 12 <br />of EMC 19.17.070 when the use of the structure lawfully existed at the effectfve date of the ordinance 13 <br />codified in this chapter. 14 <br />C.
