Underground. Any floors underground which are not counted as a story in subsectfon (D)(2) 6 <br />of this sectfon are not included in the overall floor or story limits for building heights. 7 <br />4. Half Story. How High Is a Floor or Story. 14 <br />1. Total Floor or Story Calculation. The number of floors shall be calculated as follows: 15 <br />a. Commercial and Industrial Zones. 16 <br />(1) First floor: fifteen feet. 17 <br />(2) Upper floors: ten feet. 18 <br />b. Residential Zones. All floors calculated at ten feet. 19 <br />2.
