Sidewalks shall be installed on all frontage on public right-of-way, except when 2 <br />authorized within an easement by the city engineer. 3 <br />b. Sidewalk Width. Sidewalks shall provide frontage zone, pedestrian clear zone, 4 <br />landscape/furniture zone, and total minimum width consistent with Table 33-2. 5 <br />c. Sidewalk pattern shall carry across the driveway. 6 <br />2. Undesignated Streets. The standards in this subsectfon do not apply to streets shown as 7 <br />“undesignated.” Sidewalk improvement standards for undesignated streets are based on the 8 <br />requirements in EMC Title 13 and the city’s design and constructfon standards and specificatfons. 9 <br />B. Historic Overlay Districts.
